The pristine beach stretch of Bekal near Kozhikode has been a favourite spot for tourists for quite some time. Coming up on the beach adjoining the Bekal Fort the Bekal Resorts Development Corporation Ltd. (BRDC) has come up with a series of Swiss type cottage tents with facilities on par with that of conventional luxury rooms available in hotels and resorts. Giving a new dimension to accommodation and efficient management of space in the hospitality industry of Kerala, these cottage tents made with superior quality waterproof canvas come with a spacious verandhah, well furnished bedroom and a bathroom.
Situated on a coconut grove, the occupants of these specially made cottage tents could easily enjoy the splendid view of the Arabian Sea as well as that of the Bekal Fort.
